LIFE IN ALABAMA
Well I have decided that I really do hate OPP, ALABAMA. It is a little town in the bottom of the state that is so messed up that is past any hope. The town council and the police are all crooked. The police pull you over here for no reason at all. This has got to be the stupidest city in the United States period. Me and my wife have had a rough couple of months and some where I have to find the silver lining and get us through the next few months until we can get the hell out of this stinking state and get to where things can change one way or the other. I mean, atleast when we move it won't be just me and my wife having to fight life alone there. We will have some support close by. We do a good job with things like they are, but would be nice to have some family that really gives a shit when you need them to step in. I mean for example, like if one of us were in the hospital, we would be able to feel comfortable with leaving our kids with them, unlike here. I love my family and want them to have a fair shake at life and here they don't at all.

FAMILY
Lets begin with the fact I love my family but sometimes I feel like a old rag doll. I mean I have one brother left, two grown kids and two small kids that depend on me. The small kids depend on me and my wife to teach them right from wrong and take care of them each and every day not just part time. What I am getting to is that the older ones that are grown never call me or come see me unless they need something or their cars are tore up. It really bothers me that they cannot just call me to see if I am ok but just to fix something for them. Maybe I am overreacting. I mean at least I do hear from them when they need something right? I guess that is something, but just wish they could call just to say hi or something like that. When you look at it family can be needy but when they are grown, they should depend on themselves more.

Peanut Festival
Hey there, here is another post to read. We went and took the kids to the festival Friday night and they had a ball. We started off looking at all the exhibits, the animals, and the kids even got to pet and feed some of the animals. I got free tobacco from the companies set up there. We went through the 4h exhibits and tried to let the kids see that they can use their imagintion to make things on their own. They had some great stuff there. I did not agree with some of the ribbons that got awarded but all the kids that helped on the projects deserve recognition for the efforts that put in.
We left the exhibits and went to the rides and I am telling you they had a ball on them. I got sick watching them on some of the faster rides, but they loved it. My wife had a good time and had a few laughs and let me tell you they were music to my ears. I love seeing her have fun as well as the kids. My wife and kids got to try a turkey leg and I think they all liked it. They had roasted corn on the cob, funnel cakes and nachos with chilli and peppers. Over all we had a good time at the fair and nobody got sick from it even though it was cold. Well that is it for now write more later.
